Peter
is an experienced F3A pilot has flown in many National competitions he
also flew in the 1994 South African F3A Championships. He has also judged
at several major F3a competitions.
In July he was one of the English
judges at the triple Crown F3A event in the Irish Republic.
He judged at
the 2006 Freestyle Competition. Pete is a member of the BMFA Powertech
committee and represents the interests of the GBRCAA which he is also a
committee member. |
Andy
has flown in several F3A World Championships as part of the British F3A
Team. He Designed the Illusion F3A Model, he also wrote a book called
Flying Radio Control aerobatics, this book is still relevant to day as it
was in 1990. |
Bob
started model flying in 1963, control-line then moved on to radio control
in 1966 with a super 60 using skyleader radio. Bob left the hobby in 1975
because of family commitments, but returned in 1983 both building and
flying. Current aircraft include a Cuban 8, and a102” wingspan P-51
Mustang powered by a King 95.
He took up judging in 1995 and has judged the BMFA F3A Nationals each year
since, he's been invited to judge at the Tournoi International F3A DE
Champagne, in Romilly
Sur Seine France for the last 7 years. This included two
Artistic aerobatic competitions where he judged some top names e.g.
Christophe Paysant le rue and Quique Somenzini, Wolfgang Matt and Marco
Benincasa and Stephane Carrier.
Bob
was elected GBR/CAA Chief Judge in November 2000
